Strategic Leader in Software Engineering

As a Senior Manager of Software Engineering, you will lead a team of software engineers and drive technological advancements in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical guidance and oversight to a team of entry-level to mid-level software engineers.
- Take accountability for decisions that influence team resources, operational processes, and project deliverables.
- Ensure successful collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Develop secure and high-quality production code, and review and debug code written by others.
- Contribute to the engineering community as an advocate of firm-wide frameworks, tools, and practices.
Required qualifications include formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, 5+ years of experience, and 2+ years of experience leading technologists. Additional skills include experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent, as well as proficiency in Java/J2EE and REST APIs.
