Job Opportunity for Director of Engineering

We are seeking an experienced and skilled engineering leader to oversee the planning, organization, and implementation of products throughout their software lifecycle. The ideal candidate will provide technical direction for engineering teams, conduct research on new technologies, and develop testing processes to ensure continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Set the technical and strategic direction for engineering teams
  • Analyze new technologies in the Testing industry
  • Develop and refine testing processes and methods to focus on continuous growth
  • Direct a group of managers involved in Automation, Regression, and Performance Test
  • Facilitate communication upward and across project teams
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in Networking, Kubernetes, and Container technologies with a focus on Testing Security
  • Expertise in software engineering and testing methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and managers
  • Experience in leading teams through the software Product Lifecycle including System and Performance testing for Feature and Maintenance Releases
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A successful candidate should possess a strong understanding of software engineering principles and testing methodologies, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
