Job Overview:

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the development and maintenance of robust inventory products catering to the Hospitality sector. This role involves managing multiple agile teams responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development efforts of cross-functional teams accountable for all Development, Production Support, and Implementation related activities.
  • Participate in identifying and executing strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Build and lead strong, diverse teams with capabilities to effectively handle department responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with directors and enterprise architecture teams to transform into a microservice architecture fully containerized and virtualized.
  • Communicate progress, success, impediments, and risks through regular status reports.
  • Attend Scrum meetings to provide guidance to scrum teams and facilitate decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate significant personal drive supported by a passion for software quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Electrical/Electronic engineering.
  • Possess minimum 15 years of professional experience in software development, technology, or related industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of SDLC, agile methodology, project management, and deployment practices is essential.
  • Experience working with microservices, containerization via Docker, and orchestration via Kubernetes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills for sound problem-solving, and decision-making are critical.
