Lead Technologist

The Strategic Technologist will play a pivotal role within our organization, driving the integration of emerging technologies and AI/ML-enabled analytical tools to enhance post-market surveillance and product complaints management.
Main Responsibilities- Technological Scanning & Evaluation: Continuously monitor and assess industry trends, emerging technologies, academic research, and vendor solutions related to AI/ML for post-market safety and product complaints surveillance.
- Innovation Development & Collaboration: Partner with our Data Science team to evaluate feasibility, develop prototypes, and deploy AI/ML models for signal detection and augmentation of signal assessment.
- Project Execution & Leadership: Spearhead or support initiatives for new surveillance technologies, ensuring timely delivery and seamless integration.
- Minimum 8-13 years of experience in post-market surveillance, pharmacovigilance, medical device vigilance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development concepts, market scanning, vendor product evaluation, and regulatory frameworks governing AI in the medicinal product lifecycle.
