IT Technologist

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Provides oversight systems validations, maintenances, strategies and accurate review of specific documentation as required by the IT quality processes that ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
• Contributes to simplified validation approaches and coaching on how to leverage these approaches with their projects including resources like Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, and Project Managers.
• Collaborates with global IT quality peers and project teams on project scope, schedule and compliance guidance.
• Supports the external audit IT team on timely retrieval of quality documentation related to the systems, reports, and spreadsheet validation efforts they manage.

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

• 3+ years of experience with Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MCA, or MSc.
• Support the Medtronic IT systems validations, maintenances, strategies and accurate review of specific documentation as required by the IT quality processes.
• Product, non-product or healthcare software validation delivery experience.
• CAPA root cause analysis methods skills.

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous Medtronic experience.
• Lean six sigma green / blackbelt or DMAIC skills.
