Senior Software Architect

This is a key leadership position that plays a vital role in driving the modernization of our organization's financial systems.


You will be responsible for providing strategic technology solutions to support business initiatives.


About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an advisor to leadership on developing or influencing applications, network, information security, database, operating systems, or web technologies for complex business and technical needs.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of complex challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions that require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and inductive thinking.
  • Translate advanced technology experience into technical engineering solutions by applying in-depth knowledge of the organization's tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommend innovations that enhance operations or provide a competitive advantage to the organization.
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership.

Requirements:
  • 7+ Years of Experience:
  • Expert-level knowledge in full-stack development, system design, and architecture, messaging, APIs, build and deployment pipelines (CI/CD), data warehousing, data engineering, AI/ML.
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Services and Banking.
  • Strong expertise in one of the following areas: Java, Springboot, Python full-stack engineering, RDBMS, NoSQL data store, Kafka/messaging; Spark, BigData, Datawarehousing, Data Engineering, performance tuning; Proven ability building solutions in cloud.
