Software Engineering Leadership Role

Make a real impact and shape the future of financial services as a Senior Director. Lead multiple technical areas, collaborate across domains, and promote technical advancements.

  • Drive technology implementations across departments to achieve firmwide objectives
  • Manage complex projects, large cross-product collaborations, and multiple stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and direction to teams while overseeing employee populations across platforms, divisions, and lines of business
  • Act as primary interface with senior leaders, stakeholders, and executives, driving consensus across competing objectives
Key Requirements
  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate, and solve complex technical items
  • Experience managing large teams and organizations in complex, matrixed environments
  • Demonstrated prior experience influencing across highly matrixed organizations and delivering value at scale
  • Expertise building and operating large-scale high-performance transactional environments with distributed systems and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Deep expertise with enterprise design patterns and industry best practices using modern technology and design patterns (microservices, APIs)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proactive approach to spotting problems and performance bottlenecks
  • Experience in Customer Identity & Authentication Domain
  • AWS Certification
  • Ability to program with high-level languages such as Python, Java, C/C++, Ruby, and JavaScript
