We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead our community engagement efforts and develop strategic content initiatives. In this role, you will build and manage a vibrant community of parents through various social media platforms, WhatsApp groups, and targeted newsletters.

  • Create engaging content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, and other key channels.
  • Collaborate with influencers and parenting content creators to craft compelling brand stories.
  • Plan and execute BTL activities, including workshops, pop-ups, and parent meetups.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice by working closely with the creative and content teams.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or community roles.
  • A strong understanding of content creation, influencer marketing, and organic growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and an empathetic, consumer-first mindset.
  • The ability to manage projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with parenting, wellness, or D2C categories is highly desirable.
  • Prior startup or early-stage experience is preferred.
