Community Engagement Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to build and nurture tech communities, fostering engagement, sparking meaningful conversations, and driving impact.

The role involves:

  • Driving daily engagement through polls, challenges, and learning discussions.
  • Creating engaging rituals, such as Daily Coding Wins and Placement Stories.
  • Moderating and ensuring quality, positivity, and knowledge sharing.
  • Tracking engagement metrics, including DAUs, active threads, and top contributors.

We have a presence across Instagram, YouTube, Discord/Telegram, and require someone to:

  • Manage our social media presence and develop creator-style content.
  • Amply student success stories into viral social narratives.
  • Partner with influencers, alumni, and hiring partners for expanded reach.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2–4 years of experience in community management or social media growth.
  • A deep understanding of student psychology and internet culture.
  • Strong content instincts and analytical mindset.
  • Hustler + empathetic leader skills.
