Job Title: Senior Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our organization as a Senior Officer. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for ensuring compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Complete training of new employees and individual training requirements as per timeline.
  2. Coordinate training-related activities as Departmental Training Coordinator (DTC) of Quality Assurance.
  3. Prepare, review, distribute, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  4. Implement global documents, Global Quality Standards (GQS), Global Standard Operating Procedures (GSOP), and Global Policy on Leadership (GPOL) at site.
  5. Ensure effective implementation of SOPs and GSOPs through training within required timelines.
  6. Ensure compliance of the functional area with company Health and Safety Policies.
  7. Handle troubleshooting related to Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and Learning Management System (LMS) systems.
  8. Prepare and revise Site SOP lists on a half-yearly basis.
  9. Prepare and update Master Training Needs (MTNs) for non-LMS users and LMS users of the Quality Assurance department.
  10. Timely completion of scheduled trainings for QA employees, including Initial Technical Competence (ITC), Level 1 (L1), Level 2 (L2), Level 3 (L3), and sharing data with Local Training Coordinator (LTC).
  11. Prepare Organizational Charts.
  12. Handle Quality Management System (QMS), including change control, deviation, and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA).
  13. Conduct gap assessments regarding audit compliance and SOP compliance.
  14. Perform any other work assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
