Insurance Sales Director

As a key player in our Bancassurance Channel Department, you will be responsible for forging strong relationships with our channel partner's customers and driving customer acquisition objectives. To achieve this, you will need to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with our annual sales and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new bank customers of our banking partners
- Generate leads of prospective customers from employees of the bank
- Establish and nurture relationships with managers and officers of our channel partners
- Provide pre and post sales support to customers and employees of partners
- Collaborate with your team to close leads into sales
- Identify customers' financial requirements and recommend suitable insurance policies
- Secure business of life insurance through assigned banking/broking partners
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field
- Proven 3 years of sales experience in the Banking/Insurance industry
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and listening skills
- Quick decision-making abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to develop systematic sales strategies
- Ability to position products/services against competitors
