Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager-Derma Pharma to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve company objectives for products within the dermatology sector. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and healthcare professionals, continuously assessing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to create sales collateral and promotional materials to support sales initiatives.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. Proven experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical or dermatology industry is essential. The candidate should have a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical sales regulations, market dynamics, and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required, as well as strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to develop effective sales plans. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events is also necessary. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, knowledge of dermatological products, treatments, and procedures is a plus, and strong leadership and team management skills are essential. The ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities is also required. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results, commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with industry standards and regulations is a must.
