Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Simson Pharma Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and potential business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify potential market trends and customer needs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to maximize profits
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain ongoing customer relationships
  • Participate in sales meetings, events, and training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing resources and opportunities
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process and customer experience
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team for product and service enhancements

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to understand and interpret market trends and customer behavior
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management systems
  • Results-driven with a strategic and analytical mindset
