Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, establishing strong relationships with key clients and healthcare professionals, and collaborating with our marketing team to create sales collateral and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve company objectives for products within the dermatology sector.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Continuously assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral and promotional materials to support sales initiatives.
  • Participate in industry conferences, events, and exhibitions to promote our organization's products and services.
  • Manage and report sales activities, results, and forecasts to the senior management team.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures within the derma sector.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical or dermatology industry.
  • Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical sales regulations, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to develop effective sales plans.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of dermatological products, treatments, and procedures is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
