About the Job

We are currently looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and configure effective supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro).

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to identify their business requirements and collaborate with project teams to configure solutions accordingly.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and the functionality of their source system(s).
  • Support Solution Architects designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices.
  • Conduct thorough validation and testing of the solution and capture user feedback.
  • Liaise with data management and data integration teams to ensure seamless data flow.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant experience from 1 to 5 years is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research is preferred.
  • Certification as a Solution Consultant level 1 is mandatory; higher certifications are beneficial.
  • Proficiency in developing RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide or support expected functionalities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
