This position oversees the entire supply chain process from procurement and inventory management to logistics and distribution, ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless coordination across departments, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and develop supply chain strategies that align with business objectives, leading to increased profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, inventory, and logistics, utilizing industry knowledge and tools.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Monitor supply chain performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to maintain efficiency.
  • Coordinate with production, sales, finance, and logistics teams to forecast demand and manage supply effectively.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and industry standards, minimizing risks.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in supply chain disruptions, maintaining business continuity.
  • Lead and mentor the supply chain team to ensure professional growth, efficiency, and high-performance results.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
  • Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, MS Excel, and supply chain management software.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
