Job Overview:

As a senior supply chain professional with expertise in Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, you will play a crucial role in delivering tailored solutions that address complex supply chain challenges. You will collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, leading strategic sessions to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications.

You will present customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse that align with client needs, develop and implement comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse, and create detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities include collaborating with clients, leading strategic sessions, presenting customized solutions, developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain solutions, creating detailed proposals, working closely with technical teams, configuring and customizing Kinaxis RapidResponse, guiding best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilization, serving as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions, supporting sales teams, delivering compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios, responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requests, acting as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors, maintaining clear and regular communication with stakeholders, providing post-implementation guidance and training, and collecting feedback to refine processes and identify opportunities for future improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
