Demand Planner Role

We are seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join our team.

The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting, preferably in consumer goods, food & beverage, or manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed demand plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks.
  • Analyze historical data and market trends to inform forecasting and planning decisions.
  • Provide expert guidance on statistical modeling and data analysis to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting.
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro.
  • Strong expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, S4 Hana, and JDE.
  • Strong knowledge of S&OP and S&OE processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with Sales and Marketing teams globally.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
