Strategic Enterprise Lead

Job Overview:

The Strategic Enterprise Lead will be responsible for driving key enterprise-wide initiatives, identifying strategic issues, and providing insights and recommendations to senior leaders. This role requires a strong understanding of business strategy, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions to achieve deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiative Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • CXO Support: Manage relationships with CXOs, internal stakeholders, and external partners to support go-to-market strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Transformation Leadership: Lead and drive key strategic initiatives, design transformation agendas, and deliver efficiency improvement projects.
  • Business Insights: Develop business cases, facilitate competition benchmarking, prepare intelligent analysis, and conduct internal consulting projects to inform business decisions.
  • Communication Strategy: Develop and manage strategic communication plans to keep track of industry updates, anchor business planning and operational reviews, and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.

Capabilities/Skill Sets:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (including presentation skills), with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship-building across all levels in the organization.
  • Good understanding of data management and collection, modeling, and interpretation across complex data sets.
  • Good understanding of financial statements.
  • Strategic, analytical, statistical, and optimization background, with a lateral thinking approach.

Qualifications:

Full-time MBA (preferably from a tiered B-school) or CA qualification is required. A minimum of 3 years PQE experience is also necessary.
