We are seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Professional with extensive experience in end-to-end staffing operations and manufacturing environments.

The role is a comprehensive HR Generalist position responsible for talent acquisition, payroll processing, employee relations, and HR operations across multiple manufacturing sites and staffing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit top talent for shop-floor, technical, supervisory, and corporate roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer negotiation).
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders and project managers to understand headcount plans and skills requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships, campus recruitment, employee referrals, and external sourcing channels.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding, induction, documentation, and background verification for all hires.
  • Process payroll efficiently (monthly payroll cycle), salary calculations, reimbursements, deductions, and statutory contributions.
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors/software and validate payroll outputs for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle salary structuring, increments, joining/exit settlements, and payroll reconciliations.
  • Administer employee benefits and resolve payroll queries promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, professional tax, and state-specific regulations relevant to manufacturing and staffing.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and statutory registers; file returns on time in coordination with vendors/consultants.
  • Support internal audits; implement corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Develop and administer HR policies, employment contracts, attendance, leave management, shift rosters, and contract manpower compliance.
  • Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews; recommend retention and corrective measures.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives, town halls, and communication for multi-site teams.
  • Maintain HR dashboards — headcount, attrition, absenteeism, cost-per-hire, and other key metrics for leadership.
