About the Role:

  1. You will be responsible for identifying potential interviewers across various industries and roles, leveraging professional platforms and building a talent pool.
  2. You will conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate Interviewer's fit for specific roles, and shortlist based on qualifications, experience, and job requirements.
  3. You will maintain an organized database of potential Interviewers, ensuring regular follow-ups, tracking, and reporting of sourcing activities and results.

What You'll Need:

  • Pursuing/Completed a degree in computer science or related field.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and technologies.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
