Job Overview

The ideal candidate will assume a pivotal role as a Cloud HCM Technical Expert, boasting in-depth knowledge and expertise within the Oracle HCM Suite. They will be an individual contributor with the capability to collaborate with a global support team on day-to-day production support, enhancements, quarterly patch release testing, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support project experience, understanding AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, Upgrades testing, etc.
  • Collaborate with both offshore and onshore client engagements involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Possess at least 8 years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 4+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM functional (Any two modules - Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL).
  • Hold cloud technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
  • Be accountable for resolving production tickets, patch testing, Change requests. Also responsible for requirement analysis and documentation of the respective Oracle environment.
  • Collaborate on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing, and quality assurance prior to change deployment of the respective Oracle environment.
  • Manage the System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance as designated by role and persona; key super-permissions for the Oracle environment, patch management, POD (instance) management and provisioning, system configuration, and risk management.
  • Perform unit test all high-level functionality, including staging test scenarios, and document test results.
  • Develop runbooks for all technical objects and analyze and resolve technical queries during ticket resolution.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and minimum one production support project experience.
  • Familiarity with agile methodology.
  • Strong end-to-end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting (Fusion), Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding (Fusion), Learning (Fusion)).
  • Experience in working with Onshore/NSA/Offshore model.
  • Efficient and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to engage directly with clients on detailed technical discussions.
  • Knowledge of Visual Builder Studio (VBS) is a must.

  • Understanding of SOAP, REST APIs.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud & Visual Builder Cloud Service.
