The role of Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant requires a strong understanding of business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design. The consultant will lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including payroll, core HR, absence management, talent management, time & labor, benefits, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Deliver Oracle Fusion HCM solutions with extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Perform system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Actively contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions.
  • Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspects.
  • Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Familiarity with the implementation process and ability to provide technical and functional support to end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
  • Oracle certifications are a plus.
