Job Title: HCM Technical Consultant - Oracle Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical consultant to join our team. As a principal consultant, you will be responsible for delivering complex technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical components for implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud systems.
  • Develop HCM extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems.
  • Develop reports using BI Publisher.
  • Perform data conversion using HDL.
  • Develop fast formulas.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of at least two HCM modules including Core HR.
  • Understand Redwood framework and its applications.
  • Familiarize yourself with Journey configuration and its uses.
  • Perform page personalizations and customizations using VBS.
  • Migrate existing page personalizations to Redwood using VBS.
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs.
  • Possess OIC development skills and experience (nice to have).
  • Familiarize yourself with VB development skills and experience (nice to have).
  • Prepare and submit technical documentation.
  • Participate in requirement collection discussions with business stakeholders.
  • Manage integration between HCM Cloud and external applications or systems within the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Provide training and support to business users.
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective.
  • Collaborate with the Oracle Support on issues that require escalated support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a HCM technical consultant.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • HCM Cloud functional certifications are a plus.
