Oracle HCM Consultant Role

Highly skilled Oracle Functional Consultant required to lead our Core HR initiatives.

  • Expertise in Core HR functional operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Security Console, including role-based and data security configurations.
  • Proficiency in Geographies and address validation processes.
  • Experience with Document Types and number generation rules implementation.
  • Skilled in Position management and synchronization techniques.
  • Familiarity with Grades and Grade Ladders structures.
  • Hands-on experience with AOR Templates creation.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and provide solutions for Absence Management configuration and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Core HR support and issue resolution.
  • Analysis and interpretation of business requirements.
  • Providing expert advice on HCM data structures, business objects, and workflows.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement effective HR solutions.

Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
