Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in functional areas with a minimum of 3 years in Oracle Cloud, specializing in Absence, OTL, and other modules.

This role involves providing expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in Absence and OTL modules. You will be responsible for identifying gaps and proposing potential workarounds for clients, estimating work for vanilla implementation, personalizations, reports, integrations, and enhancements.

You will also be responsible for client presentations and demos for selected modules, understanding client support needs and delivery models, proposal creation and responses to RFPs with overall solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Fast Formulas, ability to work on multiple modules, proficiency in understanding client support needs and delivery models.

Key Responsibilities
  • 7+ years of experience in functional areas with a minimum of 3 years in Oracle Cloud, specializing in Absence, OTL, and other modules.
  • Proficiency in Absence and OTL modules of Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Fast Formulas and ability to work on multiple modules.
  • Identifying gaps and proposing potential workarounds for clients.
  • Estimation of work for vanilla implementation, personalizations, reports, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Client presentations and demos for selected modules.
  • Proficiency in understanding client support needs and delivery models.
  • Proposal creation and responses to RFPs with overall solutions.
  • Understanding new releases and features to update clients on newer solutions.
  • Ownership of delivery and customer relationships for managed projects.
  • Mentoring and guidance to project teams, quality tracking, and team feedback.
  • Status reporting to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Coordination with Oracle SMEs for industry-leading solutions.
