Job Summary:

A senior techno-functional consultant with over 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, specializing in US and Canada Payroll, is required to work on various projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Must have a thorough understanding of payroll processes and elements setup for US and Canada region.
  • Experience in implementations, including Payroll elements set ups/configurations for US and Canada region, is necessary.
  • Responsible for gathering detailed functional requirements from the business and documenting them in comprehensive specifications.
  • Reviews open cases/issues and troubleshoots for resolution, coordinating with the team regarding tickets.
  • Provides consultation on requested configuration changes, partnering with the team to determine best options for design decisions based on documented requirements and current configuration.
  • Analyzes the impact of configurational changes to Payroll Fast Formulas and ensures data integrity by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts.
  • Offers analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applications.
  • Supports planning for and mitigates risk/downstream impacts during migrations, releases, upgrades, and/or patches.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • A positive and learning attitude towards career growth is expected.
