Workday P2P Techno-Functional Consultant Role

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Workday Procurement and associated modules, with a strong emphasis on Supplier Management, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoices.

  • Configure and support Workday Procurement modules to achieve optimal performance.
  • Perform system administration tasks, including managing user roles, access controls, and permissions to ensure seamless operations.
  • Create and maintain integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and provide integration troubleshooting assistance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Workday functional and technical issues, offering Tier 2 and Tier 3 support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with QA teams, Product Management, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Develop and maintain custom dashboards and reports to support business operations, providing actionable insights.
  • Contribute to system enhancement initiatives and process optimization to drive efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of Workday techno-functional experience, with a strong focus on Procurement (P2P), requiring expertise in configuring and supporting Workday Procurement processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday EIB for integrations, enabling effective integration management.
