About Workday Support Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide functional and technical support for our client's Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for Workday users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Workday integrations and business processes.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and provide Workday solutions.
  • Assist with configuration changes, enhancements, and release management.
  • Conduct impact assessments for Workday updates and new functionality.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation (knowledge base articles, process flows, support procedures).
  • Provide user training and guidance as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and audit requirements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Workday modules such as Human Capital Management, Payroll, Recruiting, Finance, Absence, and Time Tracking.

Candidates should also have experience supporting Workday integrations such as EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio, as well as familiarity with Workday security, reporting, and calculated fields.

This role is a 100% remote position servicing a leading organization in Australia, offering exposure to diverse Workday modules and projects, and a collaborative and supportive virtual team environment.
