HCM Cloud Architecture Specialist

Cloud Architecture is a vital role in implementing cloud-based solutions. Do you have expertise in strategic planning and problem-solving? Are you up for an exciting new challenge?
In this key position, you will play a crucial part in successful go-lives of HCM Cloud implementation projects.
You will be hands-on resolving issues during implementation projects, building proofs-of-concept, working on enhancing existing tools and accelerators, and developing new ones.
Able to identify and resolve problems encountered during test cycles, you must be a subject matter expert in functional capacity across HCM Cloud modules with expertise in multiple modules and exposure to the entire HCM Cloud suite.
This includes being familiar with ODA in a functional context.
In addition, having experience as a functional lead or architect for implementing HCM Cloud for one or more geographies (EMEA, APAC, North America, Latin America) is required.
- HCM Cloud Functional Expertise
- Hands-on issue resolution and proof-of-concept development
- Maintenance and enhancement of existing tools and accelerators
- New tool and accelerator development
- Identify and resolve test cycle issues
- Subject matter expert in functional capacity
- Exposure to the entire HCM Cloud suite
- Familiarity with ODA in a functional context
