The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Admissions and Marketing Manager to join our team at Group Level. This is a unique opportunity to drive admissions, enhance the visibility of our group of schools, and strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive admissions and enhance the visibility of the group of schools.
  • Monitor the admissions process and ensure a positive experience for prospective students and their families.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance the brand visibility of the school group.
  • Create and maintain a consistent and compelling brand image across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee the development of the school group's online presence, including the website and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the schools within the group to understand their unique strengths and offerings.
  • Customize marketing and admissions strategies to align with each school's characteristics.
  • Analyze demographic data and target markets to inform marketing strategies.
  • Plan and implement events related to admissions and marketing for each school.
  • Provide analytics tools to track and analyze admissions and enrollment data.
  • Lead and manage the admissions team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Develop and manage budgets for admissions and marketing activities.
  • Monitor expenditures and financial performance against set budgets.
  • Engage with parents and the community to understand their expectations and concerns.
  • Provide regular reports to the executive team and board on admissions and marketing performance.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in admissions, marketing, or enrollment management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Post Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in admissions, marketing, or enrollment management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and trends.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
