We are seeking a visionary Admissions and Marketing Manager to spearhead our efforts in developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to drive admissions, enhance visibility, and strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute an admissions strategy that aligns with our school group's goals, setting enrollment targets, analyzing admission trends, and creating plans to achieve desired results.
  2. Monitor the admissions process and ensure a positive experience for prospective students and their families.
  3. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance our brand visibility, create a consistent and compelling brand image across all marketing channels, and implement effective advertising, public relations, and promotional campaigns.
  4. Oversee the development of our online presence, including our website and social media platforms, and implement online advertising, SEO, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with our schools to understand their unique strengths and offerings.
  6. Customize marketing and admissions strategies to align with each school's characteristics.
  7. Analyze demographic data and target markets to inform marketing strategies.
  8. Plan and implement events related to admissions and marketing for each school, focusing on specific geographical areas in line with the marketing budget allocated by our management.
  9. Provide analytics tools to track and analyze admissions and enrollment data.
  10. Lead and manage the admissions team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  11. Develop and manage budgets for admissions and marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources and a positive return on investment.
  12. Monitor expenditures and financial performance against set budgets.
  13. Engage with parents and the community to understand their expectations and concerns.
  14. Provide regular reports to our executive team and board on admissions and marketing performance.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to align communication efforts.

Ideal Profile:

We seek a seasoned professional with a Post Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in admissions, marketing, or enrollment management, preferably in the education sector.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and strategic planning skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities, and familiarity with digital marketing tools and trends.
