Job Overview:

We are seeking a User Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our growth efforts and build a thriving community around our product. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for traders.

The Role:

  • You will be responsible for driving user acquisition through personalized outreach, demos, and partnerships with key players in the trading industry.
  • Becoming an active and trusted member of online communities, such as Reddit, Discord, and Telegram, will be crucial to building our presence and reputation.
  • You will also be expected to identify and convert potential users, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new users.
  • Fostering a sense of community and encouraging knowledge sharing among users will be essential to our success.
  • You will be responsible for running growth experiments, measuring results, and scaling what works.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding trading basics and being able to communicate effectively with traders will be vital to your success.
  • You must be comfortable and active in online communities, where you will engage with potential users and promote our product.
  • Resilience and adaptability will be essential in handling rejection and persisting in the face of challenges.
  • Action-oriented individuals who can quickly test ideas rather than over-planning will thrive in this role.
  • Data-driven decision making will be critical, as you track metrics and make informed decisions based on data.

Requirements:

  • Must Have:
    • A strong understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem will be beneficial.
    • A proven track record in user acquisition with measurable results will be essential.
    • Experience building or managing communities with over 1000 members will be valuable.
    • Comfort with both digital and in-person engagement will be necessary.
    • Ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively will be critical.
    • An analytical mindset with experience in growth metrics will be highly desirable.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience at a broker or trading platform will be advantageous.
    • An existing network within trading communities will be beneficial.
    • Personal trading or investment experience will be valuable.
    • Content creation capabilities will be desirable.
    • Early-stage startup experience will be advantageous.
