We are seeking a full-time Relationship Manager (Renewal Sales) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong background in sales or customer service. Prior experience in Edtech B2C sales is preferred, but not mandatory. The role requires a result-driven individual who can deliver a sales pitch and maintain healthy customer relationships.
The key responsibilities include retaining, renewing, and referring students to ensure their continued engagement with our platform. This involves engaging and preserving existing customers, cultivating profitable relationships through effective communication and support, and interacting with customers via calls and messages to address their queries and concerns.
To succeed in this role, the candidate should have a computer science or technical background, which is preferred but not mandatory. Exceptional communication and influencing skills are crucial, as well as the ability to learn about our product and services within a short timeframe.

- Retain, renew, and refer students to ensure their continued engagement with our platform.

- Maintain feedback from parents and ensure timely action is taken to resolve any issues.
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication and written skills are mandatory.
- Computer Science or technical background is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in Edtech B2C sales is preferred (minimum 6 months).
- Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver a sales pitch and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Result-driven with experience in an extremely target-centric job.
- Self-learner with a high grasping ability and can learn about the product & services within 2 days.
Education:
