Key Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our fundraising and partnerships initiatives. This critical position will drive the growth and sustainability of our organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for securing funding and partnerships, aligned with our organizational objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, funders, and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals, reports, and campaigns that secure funding and support.
  • Lead a team of fundraising professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
  • Implement robust systems for donor relationship management, grant compliance, and reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing space.
  • Proven track record of securing significant funding from high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), foundations, or CSR heads.
  • Strong understanding of India's social impact ecosystem and ability to navigate complex donor conversations.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with ability to translate complexity into clarity across proposals, pitches, and reports.
  • Strategic thinker with builder's mindset, able to thrive in high-autonomy, high-accountability environments.
