Job Title: Chief Tax Officer

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled tax professional to join our team as a Chief Tax Officer.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns, monitoring changes in tax legislation, and implementing necessary changes to compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and training on tax issues and ensuring expertise is maintained.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely filing of returns and tax reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in taxation or related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in tax management role.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and train tax professionals.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
