Tax Specialist

We are seeking an experienced tax professional with expertise in statutory compliance, transfer pricing, and tax audits to fill a key role in our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Tax Audit Preparation: Prepare and review tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, income tax returns, and statutory forms based on applicable provisions.
- Legal Research and Representations: Conduct legal research and prepare appeals, submissions, and documentation for cases before the assessing officer, CIT(A), DRP, and ITAT.
- Tax Consultancy: Provide consultancy on TDS applicability and withholding tax implications for domestic and international transactions.
- Employee Tax Structures: Advise on employee tax structures and incentives to ensure tax-efficient compensation planning.
- Cross-Border Tax Implications: Coordinate with overseas consultants to finalize tax returns as per local laws and analyze cross-border tax implications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in taxation, compliance, and audit.
- Proficient in income tax law, computation, tax audits, and transfer pricing.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SAP.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and drafting abilities.
