Community Manager Job

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging environments that foster collaboration and growth.

  • Develop a community environment that encourages members to interact and build relationships.
  • Organize social events, such as new member introduction sessions and networking gatherings.
  • Cultivate partnerships with local businesses to plan engagement activities.
  • Analyze and enhance member satisfaction levels by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Ensure the front desk is always staffed by a team member to provide assistance and support.
  • Create and execute community initiatives, such as events, to promote relationships between members.
  • Welcome new members to the community and ensure their integration is seamless.
  • Manage billing and check-ins/check-outs for hourly or day-pass members in an efficient and organized manner.
  • Conduct center tours for potential new members to showcase our facilities and services.
  • Respond promptly to members' needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Manage membership waiting lists and ensure all members are enrolled on our app.
  • Gather data on members' business objectives and identify services that can help them achieve their goals.
  • SUPERVISE IN-BUILDING EVENTS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH HOUSE RULES AND ESCALATE ISSUES AS NEEDED.
Key Responsibilities

Operations:

  • Collaborate with operations teams to maintain operational efficiency and cleanliness of our spaces.
  • Assist the community manager in building policies for guest registration, security, and building procedures.
  • Provide regular reports to the community manager on daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
  • Liaise with facilities and IT support teams to resolve member issues efficiently.
  • Conceptualize and roll out initiatives to promote our brand and services.
  • Coordinate with communications, marketing, and technology teams to ensure effective digital/email/print communications.
  • Implement new initiatives, policies, and processes to improve operational efficiency and create stronger, more engaged communities.
  • Inspect amenities and services daily and raise maintenance tickets when necessary.
  • Prepare center expense reports for review on a monthly basis.
  • Send procurement requirements to respective teams in a timely manner.
Additional Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing:

  • LIMIT DESK VACANCIES BY ENHANCING MEMBER EXPERIENCE.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure required visibility for our location.
  • Manage community member leads with care and adhere to our sales process.
  • Focus on driving auxiliary revenue streams, including meeting rooms, day passes, virtual office, event spaces, etc.
  • Conduct walkthroughs and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Research potential members and develop tailored marketing strategies and materials.
  • Operate within our framework and embody our values and ethos.
  • Promote members' offerings across our platforms.
