Tele Caller Job

We are looking for an ambitious individual to fill the role of Tele Caller. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, generating leads, and contributing to business growth through effective tele-calling and customer engagement strategies.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-centric approach. They will also have a good understanding of CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound tele-calling to generate leads and build relationships with clients.
  • Explain company products and services clearly to prospective customers.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and track interactions for follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
  • Convert leads into opportunities through effective communication and persuasion skills.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to strengthen client retention.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports of calls, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
  • Excellent listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under targets.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.
  • Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
