We are seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to spearhead our organizational initiatives. As the key player in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs, you will be instrumental in aligning these efforts with our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, and ensure timely and effective hiring.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting effective communication, conflict resolution, and a respectful work environment.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, design and deliver training programs, and facilitate employee skill enhancement and career growth.
- Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India.
Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration and experience designing and implementing relevant programs.
