Spanish Team Leader

The role of a Spanish Team Leader involves leading and managing a team of Spanish language professionals. This includes maintaining expert level knowledge of assigned products and services, completing all required training and certifications.

Key responsibilities include monitoring customer issue trends, volume spikes, and case inventory; leading daily team meetings and communicating operational updates; conducting effective coaching and feedback sessions; and ensuring timely completion of compliance training and phishing exercises for self and team.

Additional skills and knowledge required include expertise in web-based skills, strong time management skills, critical and strategic troubleshooting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, professional demeanor and respect for colleagues and customers, ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and directors, and capability to multitask and lead in a dynamic environment.
