
Latin American Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Support and Content Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction in Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Your primary responsibility will be to contact customers through various channels, including email, social media, and phone calls.
You will need to respond to customer complaints and queries in a professional manner while possessing good listening skills and the ability to complete tasks simultaneously.
Key responsibilities include understanding products and services provided by our company, supporting customers through an email ticketing system, social media, and phone calls, resolving customer complaints and queries, providing detailed information to customers, maintaining records of each phone call for future reference, providing new employees with training sessions to enhance their skills, offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction, following up with customers for any further information, taking feedback from customers, negotiating terms and conditions with customers, creating content for the team in line with marketing requirements, and contributing to social media and website content.
To excel in this role, you will require excellent fluency in spoken and written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English, as well as strong command over language translation and writing. A minimum of 1+ year of experience in providing support in the respective languages is also necessary.
Candidates with experience supporting international customers via call or chat will be preferred. Additionally, a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.
Able candidates should possess good problem-solving abilities, be a customer-oriented individual, able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks, have excellent negotiation and sales skills, outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities, and be a quick learner with an exceptional ability to make decisions.
