Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI, ML, and cybersecurity with a proven track record of managing complex IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage IT infrastructure including servers networks and security systems to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Oversee the desktop engineering team to provide end-user support and ensure smooth operation of desktop computing resources.
  • Develop and implement IT policies standards and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of systems and maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions that align with company objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards and maintain documentation and procedures for audits.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Plan and execute IT projects including system upgrades migrations and new implementations within budget and on schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced experience managing and troubleshooting VM environments with expertise in hypervisor technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Expertise in software & hardware troubleshooting across a range of systems and platforms.
  • Strong experience in network architecture and internet connectivity including management of IP addressing subnetting and routing protocols.
  • Proficient in Active Directory management including group policies user provisioning and authentication services.
  • Excellent in network administration including configuring routers switches firewalls (specifically Palo Alto) and VPNs.
  • Experienced with server management including installing configuring and maintaining Windows Server Red Hat Linux and Ubuntu servers.
  • Familiar with AI/ML configurations (ex: CUDA) to support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Understanding and familiarity with GPU / HPC servers.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices including threat analysis risk assessment incident response and security monitoring.
  • Familiarity with software development frameworks and languages such as Java C# Python or JavaScript for effective collaboration with development teams.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices including CI/CD pipelines containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and services such as Azure AD EC2 S3 RDS and Lambda.

  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant industry certifications are preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
