Lead Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our fabrication activities across multiple units. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned expert to drive process improvements, automation, and lean manufacturing practices.

This role involves leading end-to-end fabrication activities, developing and implementing fabrication strategies aligned with production plans and customer requirements.

  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and timely project completion by collaborating with design, procurement, planning, and quality departments.
  • Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (productivity, utilization, rejection rates, etc.) and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in structural, pressure vessel, or equipment fabrication, with strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, codes, and standards.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, fabrication software/tools, and production planning systems.
