Customer Service Team Lead Job Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Team Lead. The position requires overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and support.

The Customer Service Team Lead will be responsible for managing team performance, addressing customer inquiries, facilitating communication between customers and the company, and delivering exceptional customer service through direct customer interaction and team management duties.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
