  • Optimize cycle times in EOL testing machines
  • Flashing, functional testing, performance testing, and electrical testing
  • Analyze test results, detect issues, and track root causes and improvements in EOL Tester
  • Prepare PFC, process sheet, and PFEMA documents
  • Test BMS, BMU, and BDU as individual and integrated units
  • Design, develop, and deploy new EOL equipment

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge in battery pack and battery module testing
  • Knowledge and understanding of electrical schematics for wiring harness, system interconnection, and schematic diagrams
  • Hands-on experience in software flashing, calibration, and troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with test equipment like digital multimeters, digital clamp meters, digital oscilloscopes, and programmable power supplies
  • Knowledge of electric vehicles, BMS, BMU, BDU, battery packs, and chargers is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of CAN and LIN communication protocols, DS protocol, CAN hardware, and programming in microcontrollers is an added advantage
