Job Title:

Demand Management Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Demand Management Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and manufacturing capacity.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer inquiries and ensure availability of manufacturing criteria and checklists. They will also be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for order management, as well as ensuring 100% adherence to order fulfillment and dispatch schedules.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Demand Management Coordinator will monitor and maintain order management dashboards in line with business requirements, drive digitalization efforts for improved order management processes, and ensure timely and accurate material dispatch to customers.

Responsibilities:
