Profile Overview

We're hiring a Manager, Demand Generation to lead Rocketlane's paid marketing and digital acquisition strategy.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You'll define and execute campaigns across paid channels, drive qualified pipeline, and bring strong performance marketing chops to the team. While paid acquisition will be your primary focus, you'll also contribute to our broader demand gen motion including SEO, conversion paths, and lifecycle campaigns.

You'll work closely with Product Marketing, Growth, Sales, and RevOps to deliver programs that tie awareness to pipeline and pipeline to revenue.

What You'll Do?

  • Own the strategy and execution of paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, display, and emerging channels
  • Set the demand generation roadmap, budget, and performance targets aligned to pipeline contribution and CAC
  • Build full-funnel campaigns for different personas and buying stages
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams on messaging, offers, and creative assets
  • Design and test landing pages and conversion paths to improve conversion rates
  • Establish reporting systems to track CPL, CAC, pipeline velocity, and campaign ROI
  • Run structured experimentation across targeting, formats, and offers
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to align on lead quality, scoring, and handoff
  • Contribute to SEO and organic initiatives to expand inbound volume
  • Manage external agencies and freelancers when needed for design, media buying, or SEO

What We're Looking For?

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation with a proven track record in paid acquisition
  • Experience owning pipeline and performance metrics, with a strong grasp of attribution and funnel dynamics
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic tools
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns
  • Strategic thinking paired with execution muscle—you can zoom out and dig deep when needed
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills across marketing, sales, and ops
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, GA4, attribution tools, and CMS platforms
  • Bonus: Experience with SEO, marketing automation, or ABM programs
