We are looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to lead and execute scalable, data-driven digital marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in paid media, SEO, and A/B testingcombined with modern AI-powered toolsto build and optimize demand generation strategies across channels. Youll collaborate cross-functionally with digital marketing, sales, content, PR, events, and product marketing to ensure a unified digital presence and campaign integration.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital demand generation campaigns across PPC, paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), SEO, and other performance marketing channels.

  • Run A/B testing across landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels to improve conversion rates and campaign performance.

  • Build automated nurture workflows, segmentation strategies, and lead scoring models in HubSpot.

  • Ensure leads are properly tracked, qualified, and routed to sales with clear attribution.
  • Optimize email campaigns for engagement, deliverability, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Use AI-powered tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and sales teams to drive qualified lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Align closely with content, PR, events, and product marketing to ensure a consistent digital voice and coordinated campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on key digital KPIs including:

    Website traffic, Conversion rates, Campaign ROI

  • Partner with Marketing Operations and BI teams to maintain clean, reliable, and actionable data for reporting and targeting

  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar is a plus.

You will be part of the Multi-Channel Platform Web & Mobile Development Team at the Sciflare Technologies Pvt Ltd office in Chennai The role is office-based, working from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
