Role Overview

The Assistant Treasury Manager will play a pivotal role in treasury operations, ensuring the efficient management and optimization of short-term liquidity. This includes accurate and timely cash management, supporting global financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-Day Cash Management: Monitor cash balances, bank reporting, and maintain treasury dashboards to ensure smooth operations.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare detailed forecasts and conduct variance analysis between projected and actual cash flow statements.
  • Liquidity Management: Oversee and manage the organization's bank relationships and overall liquidity.
  • Debt Schedule Management: Ensure all obligations are met on time by coordinating with global counterparts and banks.
  • Account Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate account records.

Requirements for Success:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in managing a treasury or cash management function is essential.
  • Financial Expertise: Proficiency in financial and cash management principles is required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced computer software skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets, are required.
  • Information Security: Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately, including maintaining SOX and audit trails.
